We have two outstanding rated schools that DD1 would definately be able to get into for September 2013. I have to apply for places this September but am not sure when to visit the schools.
Did you go and visit your schools in the Summer term of year 5 or the autumn term of year 6?
I have looked on both websites and can't see anything about open days.
