Year 9 entry in Sep 2013 - St Catherines School, Guildford (Full boarding)

Hello! I'm come from Hong Kong. I'm searching the good full boarding school for my daughter in UK. One of my friend's daughter is studying in St. Catherines School and she told me that it is a really excellent school. May I ask you all that is it hard to get in St. Catherines School at 14+ for year 9 from overseas? Thanks for your help and advice.

I know a girl at St Catz from Hong Kong. I wonder if it's your friend?

I would suggest you talk to the school, it really depends on you daughter's levels and the match with the school. It is selective, but not impossible.

Thank you for your reply. I have sent an email to school for requesting a place for year 9 entry in sep 2013, the admission office replied me that there is only few places at group year 9 each year.

May I know which group of your friend studying in St. Catz?
