Hello this is my first posting. Hope it makes sense, really need advice.

Choice 1, DD can travel by train, choice 2 only accessed by car, choice 3 can walk but very poor school. We have been offered choice 2, great school DD happy BUT I now have had to get a job (hubby's business failing) so can't take her. If I appeal on these grounds can they take away offer to school 2 and make us got to school? This would be a bigger disaster as she is scared of being bullied there.

Once you have accepted the offer for school 2 they can't take it away just because you appeal for another school. However, an appeal on the grounds you state is almost certain to fail. Cases based on things like transport and childcare difficulties are hardly ever successful. For an appeal to succeed you need to show why your daughter will be disadvantaged if she doesn't go to your preferred school. Does it, for example, have any facilities which will be of particular benefit to her and which are missing from the offered school? How about after school clubs? Those are the kinds of thing you need to look at in order to construct a reasonable case.

Thanks for that. we do have other reasons for the school we want. And medical letters supporting us, although these were sent with original application. But was just worried about loosing the pace we have. Very useful, thanks again.

Include the medical information with your appeal. Depending on what the letters say it may help you with your case.
