hi, am very concerned re-my son's geography class, he's in Y7 and a 5c-eng, 5c-maths, 5c-history, 6b-science and only 4b in geography which he has been since September. I've spoken twice to his geog teacher stating my concerns and she just says he needs more detail(vague I think). I've never seen his work book so I dont know where to begin to help him! any advice please? many thanks.

Sub levels are stupid and progress isn't linear. End of year levels are the only thing worth paying attention to and that's at a stretch.

I have a DS in Y7 and I have No Idea what his current levels are. Nor in fact do I have any idea what my Y9 DD1's levels are, either. They are at different schools.
