DS seems to have done nothing but tests since starting high school last Sept! The latest report from January shows him working as 6b English,6b Maths 6b science with other subjects between 4a and 5c. No overall concerns he puts the effort in and seems to be doing well. We have now got his CAT scores through verbally to be confirmed in the post with an explanation of the results - VR 105, NV 113 and Quant 126. Average 115. No suprise with the quant score being the highest but a little suprised on the VR, do we need to worry? he has always been classed as ¬bright` so I suppose I need to know whether these would be classed as above average? thanks

here is a link to the website.

Briefly, the average attainment on a CATs socre is 100 - so above that is above average.
Standard deviation is 15 (66% of students will have scores betwen 85 and 115) (95 % score betwwen 70 and 130)
