Does anyone have an idea of what this figure is historically?

Many thanks

Ours have been 5%, I know the teachers had a 5% pay rise so i don't mind too much.

It varies. Some schools have a 3% rise, some more.

There is no rule.

My DD's school has held their fees static for the last two years, and are cutting by 10% for next year.

2% this year for us and I think last year was the same.
