Just that really.
I have found the who, I just want to know the what.
Because from what I have seen and heard, something is going wrong somewhere.

Don't they just have to learn how to give orders and have A Vision?
You aren't suggesting that they interact with the workforce are you?
With listening and collaboration and all that?

Silly me.
I have my complaining hat on a lot at the moment and draught letters in my head. i would like to know who to send them to. What are the odds if I requested the info, I would actually get anything?

Well, I don't have a clue. I've always felt it was a bit 1066 and all that, if you complain it will be to a jury of their peers Who Will Understand.
You could just key their car instead.
Perhaps someone in a more sensible mood will be along in a minute.

They are not 'taught' anything- given scenarios to work through then have to find evidence that they have for school based assessment.

AFAIK, NPQH is the bit where they do an operation to remove the bits of the brain that deal with effective communication.

Have I got it wrong?
