SATs tests at KS3. What does the mark mean?

We've been asked to do the KS3 SATs paper (tier 5-7, 2009) as part of our subject knowledge audit for a science PGCE course. I've done it and marked it, but not sure what the mark means. Any ideas?

0-41 marks is a N
42-47 is a level 4
48-77 is a level 5
78-105 is a level 6
106-150 is a level 7
