Best secondary school in Congleton

planning to move to Congleton and would appreciate advice on secondary and feeder primary schools. thanks

Choice is somewhat limited in Congelton as there are only two, Congelton High and Eaton Bank High School. I don't think that there is that much to choose between the two, they are both OK schools. Feeders for Eaton Bank are Bosely St marys, Buglawton, Havannah, Marton, Marfields and Mossley. Feeders for Congelton High are Astbury St Marys, Black Firs, Daven, Scholar Green, Smallwood, The Quinta and Woodcock's Well.
Next nearest secs outside of Congleton would probably be Holmes Chapel or one Sandbach Boys or Girls, but all quite a distance from Congelton.

Congelton High has a specialism in engineering and Eaton Bank has a specialism in maths and computing. Sorry have no idea which is stronger in arts / sports. If you look at the website for each school you may get a better feel for which is best.
