One for maths teachers

I am just about to starting degree in Education Studies, as a mature student.

I did my GCSE maths erm...20 years ago lol. We will do maths in the first and second years, and are doing an initial assessment in a fortnight. I want a cd-rom to use that will bring me back up to speed (or give me at least an outline refresher) within about a week, what would you recommend?

Why a CD-Rom? If you just want a refresher, you could try looking at the revision materials on BBC Bitesize?
