hello! im new here and just wanted to say hello to everyone, i have been posting all over the shop (discovered it can be quite addictive!) i dont know wether there is a section for new people to introduce themselves, but havent found any, so decided to create a thread (might get wrapped round the knuckles for it)!

from the little ive read its seems quite a few people already know eachother, so its feels a bit odd butting in on peoples conversations, but i guess thats what mumsnet is for. Anyway just to say hello again and hope to make some new friends.

Hi!

Just jump in with both feet and post away. You'll soon get a feel for what's going on. Lots of people do know each other so it can feel a bit 'chummy', but there are lots of newbies too and anyones (genuine) opinion is always welcome.

hello Purveyor! thank you, yes it does feel very "chummy" but im sure i'll get there. : )

Hi nokissy

Yes I agree. Jump right in. It's the only way to get started. You might sometimes get the feeling that your posts go ignored but things are fast moving and opinions are always valid. Before you know it you will have found a few like minded souls who pop up on the same threads as you and it will feel quite comfortable.Smile
