about the white paper? through albeit a bit quickly but I can't find ICT mentioned anywhere.

Are we to no longer be a core subject?

Have I missed something in the white paper.

I'm a bit worried as I am currently on a 12 month contract and if it looks like ICT is disappearing??

What do you think

As a parent, I would hope not. It's important that traditional subjects return to their rightful place but I'd be happy for a child to pick ICT as a complementary subject - just like they may pick Art or Drama.

However, I disagree that they should continue to get more than one GCSE for an OCR National which takes the same teaching time as, say GCSE History, but I'd like to see the subject remain but get a fairer level of credit.
