Hi my son is due to start secondary school next september. We live in bournemouth our local secondary schools are bishop of winchester, Winton college and porch ester has anyone any experience of these schools? None of them seen to have very good pass rate of gcses. My son is quite sensitive and finds literacy hard and I am worried he will get picked on and struggle at secondary school. We are also considering private school but are concerned as to whether we can afford it long term. Our son would not be a candidate for grammar school. Does anyone have. any experience of the local private schools?
