If the buyer wants to use the help to buy isa as the cash deposit do you still get the government 25% bonus?

Thank you

The solicitor deals with the closing of the HTB ISA, the bonus is automatically applied, and the whole sum can go towards the deposit bill.

It depends on the cost of the flat, surely?

Up to 250 k I think it’s ok

The flat would be 170,000
