Hi everyone

Has anybody else experienced COCSA (child on child sexual abuse)

Im in a situation where my primary school child was sexually assaulted by another child IN the classroom and now need to homeschool as I don't feel my child is now safe in school.

Has the school investigated this?

I dealt with something similar in England but the two children were not in the same class and there was a significant age gap. Both children and families received counselling and the “victim” had a 1:1 in class and playground for about a term.

Hi
Thanks for replying.
Sorry to hear you had a similar experience and yes the school did investigate and put new procedures in place, but the other child would still be in the class and I'm just not comfortable with that.
