The crossings South Queenferry - Lovell homes, how is it?

Hello,
DH and I viewed a house we like in the Lovell development in Queensferry (the crossings), I was wondering if anyone here lives there and could share their experience ?
we never lived in a new built before.

I’m just along the road…already concerns about the lack of infrastructure before all the new builds. The Cala development next to Lovell will ultimately extend right up to the M-way road that run past Tesco…huge!

If you like Lovell in particular their Winchburgh development is nice, similar issues for the area in terms of growth but if you’re going new builds it will be the same everywhere.

Good luck getting any sort of doctors appointments or finding a dentist in SQ.
Also, watch out for the crazy long queues on the roads if trying to commute into Edinburgh.

Yeh overcrowding probably the main issue-are you coming from Edinburgh? Are you able to keep your gp/dentist there? School also already oversubscribed if you have kids.
