I think we're likely to going to our builder to court for none performance and poor workmanship issues.
Has anyone had to do this before or had to do a claim through the Sheriff Court (what would be County Court in England)? the value is worth more than £15,000 so can't do small claims fast process.
How onerous is it and if have you done it recently if so how long did it take and how did it all work out.
We're in Fife btw.
