Parentpay charging

So tried to book school lunches for the start of the new term next week, and I have noticed that Parentpay are charging for primary 3 school meals. Obviously this is a glinch in the system and I have contacted Parentpay who advised that it is the school that set the charges. Anyone else had the same issues?

That sounds like someone in the office at your school has made an admin error. Its worth emailing the school as often there are admin staff in by now.

Almost certainly a school admin error which they should be able to reimburse. It’s a bastard of a system though so go easy on them.
