M&Ds birthday party?

Bit of a niche question…but have any of you had your child’s birthday party (or been to a kids party) at the soft play in M&Ds?

I’m considering it for later this year and was hoping to hear others’ experiences.

Me! DD and a few of her friends have had parties there over the past 18 months. I thought it was really good. Usual soft play type part, party room and a few games then they get led to the carousel for a go before being handed over to parents/party bags.

Thats’s great thanks! It does seem better than the carry on of booking everything separately in a church hall or something.

What kind of food is it? Just the usual nuggets/chips type stuff? And do you know what sort of stuff they put in the party bags?

If all I need to do is bring a cake, that would be ideal. 😆

Better soft play elsewhere. M&D’s is tacky and depending on age of child they may be expecting to be able to ride the rollercoasters etc, which may end up in disappointment if you’re only doing soft play. There’s a reason they nearly went out of business before.

It's chicken nuggets ect and ice cream. Party bags have the usual plastic tat, sweeties and a pass to visit again.

The kids were 5/6 and it was clear on the invites that it was crazy Kongos soft play so no one was confused re rollercoasters or anything. There are better spftnplays but it was a whole class party and this was cheap(er) and cheerful. My DD wanted it because she loved getting a go on the carousel at the end with all her pals.
