Douglas Acad and Bearsden Placing Requests

We are moving to East Dunbartonshire or Stirlingshire soon (hopefully). For various logistical reasons it would be good for DD1 to go to Douglas Academy or possibly one of the Bearsden high schools. How likely/unlikely is it she would get a place (S3) if we were over the border in Stirlingshire?

If you look at this page (it's a bit down the page) there are details of the percentage of requests that were successful over the past few years. Not sure what the situation is for entry at a point other than S1 though.
