Asking for someone who’s not on mumsnet- taxis are extortionate so how much is the 77 from Partick ( Thirnwood end) to airport?
Anyone know roughly? Thanks!

It's about £6.50 single I think if you're tapping on/off, but it takes ages.

It's been a while since I lived there, but I think you'd be quicker getting the subway or bus from Partick into town and getting the airport bus 500 from buchanan bus station. I think that's about a tenner for the bus for a single. Its a direct bus so much faster than the 77 which goes via Renfrew etc.

Thanks! Does the 500 definitely leave from Buchanan St? For some reason I was thinking it just goes up St Vincent St- but is Buchanan St the origin? Thanks

Yes, the 500 leaves from the bus station.

Thanks - seems that would be quicker!
