Tai chi class?

Any recommendations for this? I’m looking for a class either Glasgow or East Dunbartonshire? Have looked online but finding it tricky to find specific classes.
I can go during the day or in the evening at the moment.

Make sure you choose someone with accreditation - some leisure centres in Glasgow, ED etc offer tai chi classes but the teacher isn't accredited by any tai chi organisation and teaches their own version.

If you do a search for "tai chi Glasgow" you'll see there are a few different schools. I'd recommend trying a trial class with a few and seeing which feels right.
