Hello does anyone have any experience for primary schools in Summerston area of Glasgow ? We are new to the area and would like to know which is best.
ideally wanted kelvindale primary but unfortunately we have moved from that area just now. Thanks Mandy.

Do you have somewhere to live yet? Because schools in Scotland are allocated on catchment area. If you want a 'choice' you would need to do an out of catchment placement request.

Or are you asking before you choose somewhere live because you want to choose a house based on the catchment?

Caldercuilt is non-denominational and St. Blanes is RC...

Children from Caldercuilt generally go on to Cleveden, which is (I think?) the same as Kelvindale?

Isn’t there literally 2 schools?

so you either pick RC or ND and apply accordingly
