'All inclusive' hotel/retreat?

Thinking about going somewhere with DH and he wants to stay somewhere that has a few restaurants, a cinema/show, a pool etc. Does such a thing exist in Scotland? We're near Glasgow but can travel.

Creiff hydro has all of those things, so does Mac Donald Aviemore resort. But neither are all inclusive, you'd need to pay for meals and drinks etc, although they might do packages including dinner.

Gleneagles?
Again not AI just put it on your room

Elderberrier · 05/10/2024 22:53

Crieff hydro not worth the money I’d say, you could go abroad for a better experience at the same cost.

Maybe Fairmount St Andrews or Gleneagles. I don’t rate Crieff, Aviemore etc if childfree 😬

I think that all inclusive is the wrong way of putting it. I mean like a resort that has lots of amenities (happy to pay extra for those). Thanks for all the suggestions so far Smile

I'm maybe missing the point but surely if you go to a hotel with a "cinema" it will likely show family films and certainly have limited options. Why would you not go to a city centre hotel and access all the things you want in a town?

Cameron House has a few restaurants, a spa, a cinema, golf, live music once a week I think in the sports bar. Not sure how often the movies change in the cinema but worth a look x

Although CH isn't all include, they do often do deals with dinner included.
