Hi. My DD applied for SAAS fees back in May and has heard nothing except that it has been received and is pending. We tried calling and their webchat, both said to come back later due to "high volumes of enquiries". Uni is starting in mid Sept and now I'm beginning to panic. Anyone else in the same boat or has everything sorted with the same timeline? If it helps, she was on a conditional offer so it wasn't confirmed she would be going to uni until results day. Thanks.
