We are expecting planning permission to be granted soon and will then be ready to get quotes from builders for our renovation/extension. I am aware that prices have gone insane in recent years - would anyone in Glasgow/the central belt area who's recently had an extension and/or structural steel work be kind enough to share what you paid?
I'm dreading going to all this effort and expense only to find out the project isn't feasible.....
