Person with a van for small job in Glasgow?

My DD needs to move her things about a mile, west end of Glasgow. Doesn't have a lot, mostly clothes and kitchen things (student!). It's too much for an Uber but a transit van's more than big enough. Does anyone have any recommendations? I should think it would take no more than an hour so it's not a big job.

are you looking just to hire a van or needing a “man and van” package?

if just a van there’s an AMK on south street

In England, larger B&Q's have an option to hire various sized vans for an hour. Is that an option? or ask on nextdoor.com in your area.

Unfortunately he can't drive and I can't get there to help. He needs someone who has both a van and can drive!

Thanks Shamrockk, I'll give them a call and see if they can help her.
