Changing Factor

Our Residents Association is thinking of changing from our useless not-for-profit factor to 91BC. I read some terrible reviews on the 91bc customer group Facebook page and am concerned. I would really like to hear about people's experience of this factor please

The RA need to get a majority of all households to vote for a change - which isn't easy to achieve as most people don't bother to participate.

I agree 91BC are dreadful. We switched to them from Speirs Gumley but 91BC were way worse - absolutely nothing got done.
Switched again to MacFie &Co.
The process for changing will be detailed in your deeds but you probably need to give notice of a meeting , hold the meeting and get agreement to switch from a majority of owners in the building
Under one Roof is a useful website

I've posted on this forum about changing factors but was under a different name
