Glasgow's independence march turnout

All Under One Banner 'are proud to announce that over 5000 people took to the streets of Glasgow today'. This is a low turnout though, isn't it?

The true figure will be nothing like that AUOB always massively overinflate the turnout.

It was also combined with a Gaza march to try and boost numbers.

I had a search through their last posts to answer my own question, and they said there were 20,000 last year 🤭 That's quite a pleasing drop!

ETA: and nearly 100,000 in 2019! 5,000 is indeed fuck all and I'm delighted.

God, that's depressing that there is still that many SNP zombies. 😕

Big difference between hundreds & 5000. I know who's figures I believe and it isn't the march organisers

There are some folk who support independence but aren't overly keen on the (current) SNP.

I know this, also the last SNP leader and the 1 before that. When do you think we're gonna get an honorable and transparent leader in Scotland.
