Hi I’m posting for some support here hoping it’s the correct one I’ve chosen!

On Tuesday coming this week I was suppose to have a hearing at the first tier tribunal housing chamber department in Glasgow against my Landlord for the eviction process it was suppose to be over the phone hearing but it got changed on Thursday to a face to face I was fine with the Landlord wasn’t so he has took the opportunity to postpone it said he was treated unfairly 😳! So now it’s postponed until a new hearing date is scheduled!

has anyone had there final hearing date postponed and anyone know the waiting times for a postponed case? I know new cases are taking anything between 4 and 6 months but would mine now take 4 or 6 month or will it be sooner as it was suppose to take place on Tuesday and is only a postpone?

Oddly landlords have rights too.

Presumably an in person hearing at short notice didn't suit the landlord.

Really? Who are they?

If it's Sheriff Officers delivering documents that's not harassment. Nor is seeking to get access to inspect the property or carry out gas or electrical safety checks.

If it actually is "harassment" you can report it to the police.

No one said it was sheriff officers It wasn’t anyway!

it was both landlords and two of there known associates!!!

I asked for advice not your input

You could be waiting weeks or even months before another date.

I gave you advice. If you're being harassed report it to Landlord Registration or the police. But asking for access to the property isn't harassment, although some tenants seem to think they can refuse access.

Edited

I haven’t asked any advise for them to access the property they turned up with no notice or even without asking!
