Higher PE exam

Is there anyone who either teaches or has taken the H PE exam or helped a child study who could give me any advice about this exam? Ds has the exam on Monday and I'm trying to help him study (he has SEN and won't motivate himself alone).
I have a few questions!

Hello, thank you @WhyIhatebaylissandharding yes I've looked there but it's confusing me more! However I've found some stuff on Bitesize that will hopefully help me to help him.
