Level 7 framework

Sorry if this is a silly question. Looking at applying for a different job and noticed in one that it was talking about ‘Level 7 Framework’. Can anyone clarify exactly what that means? Google mentions a masters or postgrad degree and another search was talking about NVQs.
If I have a Bachelors degree, does that fall into level 7 framework?

If it's a job based in Scotland or for a Scottish company it's most probably referring to the SCQF levels. Level 7 would be HNC level.
