New Build Homes - Dandara

We’re looking at a new build home with Dandara, not built yet but it looks absolutely tiny! Feels like this is the only option though as nothing else coming to market in our area.

Looking at the Incholm and Islay Townhouse - anyone bought one or been inside?

There are new build dandaras in north berwick. I have friends in a couple of them. These ones are big houses with good sized rooms. Both friends had to wait much longer than the initial completion date to actually get their keys which was the biggest problem. One of them was months and months late, luckily they stayed with family closeby but it's far from ideal. They havent mentioned anything else but there have been some issues with the site in local news. I think they are probably much the same as all new builds.
