We are heading to Glasgow next Thursday and having Friday and Saturday in the city with DS who is 4. We are planning the science museum, transport museum and GCC, are there any other things we should see/do? And are there any recommendations for kid friendly places to eat? Thanks!

They might like the Kelvingrove Museum.

Paesano if you like pizza. Sugo for pasta. You can’t book though. Speedy service. Kelvingrove is great. You’ll easily spend a day there and they often have kids’ activities. Park nearby if weather nice. There’s also Botanical Gardens.

Ah forgot about the botanical gardens! Thankyou

The open top bus tour is good fun if it's a nice enough day to sit at the top and it's hop on/hop off so you could take it to the transport museum in the morning then jump back on to go to Kelvingrove in the afternoon.

Don't forget to go on the Tall Ship when you're at the transport museum.

If they like transport, then a couple of loops on the Subway. Get off at a station with an island platform and then get back on a train going the opposite way - great fun when you're 4!
