Hello all,

The ususal place we send our daughters to (one 11 and one 12) is no longer operating. Any suggestions for residentail camping or similar camps in Scotland - or North England. They are fairly outdoorsy

The SSC has a brilliant very reasonable camp over 2 weeks in the summer but kids can do 1 week only. My daughter went last year and absolutely loved it.

Scripture Union run brilliant residential camps around Scotland, many are outdoorsy. It includes Bible teaching but does not assume the kids come from a church background.

Teen Ranch Scotland, also includes bible teaching but doesn't assume any knowledge. More than half of campers don't go to church or have a church connection. Horse riding, canoeing, BMX, archery, stay out in a wigwam one night, beach trip etc. Look on Facebook.
