Does anyone have any idea how much houses are selling for over home report value in Glasgow (particularly Crookston) and Paisley (particularly Ralston)? I know it depends entirely on the property but would love a rough idea.
Have fallen in love with a house with a HRV of £250k and have no idea what to offer. It will likely go to a closing date as there have been a number of viewings, it’s in a desirable area and the house is in great condition. Thanks
