Child Disability Payment - saving the form

I'm updating the CDP application for my child - already in receipt of it, so this is the review and I need to report changes. I have a myaccount account, but can't seem to link that to the Social Security page to save the form as I type it. Thankfully I have saved into a Word document as I went, but there are bits I want to return to and refine so would be good to have the form saved as I go. Does anyone have any advise?

Gah! Tried to submit and got an error message. Fecking government IT. Thankfully had copied everything over to a Word document. The downloadable version of the form doesn't even let you type into the cells properly.

After all that, uploaded it online at beginning of Jan and today got a letter saying they still hadn't received anything from me!

Have you tried the live chat? It nearly drove me mad. I found it was better in one browser than the other so maybe try a different browser?

I eventually did it at work, better browser than on our old laptop, but from the letter sounds like it didn’t go through!
