Beith

Hi anyone live in Beith north Ayrshire what is it truly like I have seen a couple of houses to purchase which seem to be good but not sure on the area any info will be appreciated.

If you look at the SIMD website showing social deprivation then Beith appears to be very much a town of two halves https://simd.scot/#/simd2020/BTTTFTT/13/-4.6581/55.7347/

One side to the east in the least deprived categories, other side to the west classed as very deprived. Don't know the area at all personally though.

Why do you want to live in Beith would probably be a good question. I've only ever been through it as there doesn't appear to be a reason to stop (travelling to somewhere else in Ayrshire or back to Glasgow).

I live near Beith, not in it. There is an active "Beith people" facebook group, joining that would give you a clearer picture I think. I would say that some parts of it are fine, others have issues.
