I've looked online but can't find the answer, there's a lot of conflicting information. I'm wondering if anyone knows if we are likely to follow England and Wales in offering 15hrs free childcare to 2 year olds from next year? I know some are already eligible for this in specific circumstances but we don't meet any of the criteria.
