House extension

Has anyone had a recently-built extension in the west of Scotland? Quotes have varied so much since Covid that I've no idea what good or bad anymore. We're looking at a single story extension of roughly 28 square meters. Nothing too complicated. A rough idea of coatings would be amazing from anyone that's had one over the last year or two.

I've just had double storey side extension done. Including bathroom it was £54k all in - 16sqm.

I'm in West Lothian. I've used the same builder for about 7 years, he knows my house better than I do lol highly recommend.
