Someone I know was charged with 2 charges. Pled not guilty to both.
first charge the judge found them guilty.
second charge not guilty.
the judge then went on to say he was not going to have the charge on the persons record. No fine. Nothing. As if it never happened.
i never knew this was possible. Why would this happen?
