I am just wondering if by any chance there is any sales advisors by sheer chance on here that can offer advice. I’m looking to reserve a new build however they are saying we need to sell our house before we can reserve . We are in a position where we could afford to have the 2 homes technically (although we would be selling ours) so can we tell the sales people this and reserve the plot under the assumption that we are not selling our current home?
