Hi
Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in Edinburgh for selling a property?

Check Rightmove and On the Market to see which ones are selling properties like yours.
Get 3 of them in to give you a free "market appraisal".
Then go with your gut.
Good luck.

There isn't really a stand out one to be honest. We used Neilsons recently to buy and sell and don't have any complaints.

Pick the ones that use good photos: such as VMH, Coulters, Warners, Simpson & Marwick and get some quotes.

It's amazing how attractive the photos can get buyers in.

I'd use one which goes on both ESPC & Rightmove

Wouldn't bother with Retties etc as they are not.
