Can anyone recommend one? 
I'm still undecided as to whether to have a doula having read mixed reviews. I'm finding it hard to search for doulas online as I know they are not regulated and can be very different. We are looking for someone who will just be generally very supportive and an advocate if we need one whilst still giving us privacy as a couple if that is what we want at the time. Has anyone had experience of any such doulas in Edinburgh?
