My husband got a text last week from Scottish power saying that an appointment had been arranged for us for a smart meter.
We already have a smart meter which was installed by our last supplier. It had a link on it for handy tips to prepare but was ScottishPower.co.uk/ then some letters and number.
Husband thinks it's genuine and an upgrade but I contacted Scottish power through the chat service and they say they have no appointments showing for us!
