So day one of applications being open to older dc and the website is down for planned maintenance. Couldn't make it up!! Anyone else managing to apply? 🙈

I wonder if it's just crashed with traffic but if so why put that message as that just makes them seem ridiculous

Well I was checking the website for the dates yesterday and the same message was there yesterday and I woke during the night and checked and it was still there

It's not a new issue when I applied 6 not sb back I missed the application window as it was down for 3 days - and it actually worked better in one browser than the other.

It's crazy they don't say how long the maintenance window is.

If you contact the advisors on the online chat you'll get some help.

Yes so advice is:

1. check if it works in a different browser - it only worked well in one browser
2. contact online chat advisors for when window is over and recommended browser.

You can apply from 8am today.

They did say in all their literature that it would be down for maintenance until 8am when applications opened. I did mine about 8:15 and it was fine.

Just tried again and it's crashed now 🙄. I only have one browser option on my phone. Any recommendations before I start downloading others to try?

I didn't see/get any literature. I leave for work at 7.50 unfortunately and now it's crashed
