Menopause Group Glasgow?

I have recently moved to Glasgow. The last area I lived had a meetup club for peri / meno ladies who got together to complain, laugh and drink wine coffee. I haven't been able to find anything like that her - does anyone know of any, preferably West End

The only thing I know of is the menopause yoga workshops which run in Bearsden.

haven't direct experience but I know people who have been and found it very helpful.
