recommendation for group meal in glasgow city centre

Have a group coming for an event and trying to organise a group meal out. Most are staying in the Premier Inn in George Square. Looking for somewhere on a Sunday evening for a casual meal with attendees and their partners. At least a few veggies, don't think we have any vegans. Probably 15ish people. I don't generally eat out in big groups and am struggling! Needs to be somewhere close to George Square, fairly informal, sort of place which is happy to just keep bringing the wine when you've finished eating, not too posh or expensive, good options for veggies. Thinking maybe Italian?

Any recommendations?

Browns (not as fancy as it looks!)? Italian Kitchen?

I love mharsanta. Not sure they'll do a booking for 15 but you can ask.

Ichibans is great too if they'd consider Japanese. Fantastic quality food, OK prices.

There’s a good choice of restaurants on St Vincent Street. It’s not too far a walk from George Square. Pizza Punks does veggie/vegan options.

Red Onion - 10 minute walk from George Square, loads of options for different dietary requirements, reasonably priced.

I hadn't thought of the Italian kitchen - that'd be perfect!

thanks all

Swadish is great for both veggies and non-veggies.

Rab Ha’s will do you a long table in the bar and the food’s great. Something for everyone.

I recommend topolabamba if you're up for some Mexican tapas!
