Dundee estate agents

My friends are moving from Malaysia to Dundee and are desperately trying to look for a rental property. I live in England and have never been to Dundee and don’t know anyone there. They have tried ringing all the numbers of estate agents which are available online but have said no one ever answers. Hoping someone here can help! Tbh I have no idea as to what their requirements are but guessing near the university. Any leads would of agents and their numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I haven’t rented in Dundee for a long time so not sure if who you suggest, but a warning that there’s a great shortage of student housing at the moment—to the point that people are being given housing in Aberdeen and Perth (70m and 30m out of dundee). Depending on where they want to rent, they may find themselves competing with students for accommodation.

TSPC is a good shout as is Thorntons solicitors. If they are coming to study or lecture it may be worth asking the uni for help too.

A bit late to the post but Struan Baptie come recommended.

If they are students their university should have an accommodation list.

Thornton's and Blackadders are the biggest solicitors in town so worth contacting too. It's a tough market at the moment.

My dd uses Grant Property to rent her accommodation in Dundee.
