DD tested this morning...are we likely to know results by tomorrow morning?

Also, does the whole household still isolate while waiting for one person's PCR results?

We are in England so maybe not a central team. We had a pcr yesterday at 8:30am and results sent through 2am this morning.

I imagine it’s entirely irrelevant with all the different rules now though

This was last week - tested around 10am and got the results about 9 pm same day. However, the testing centre was incredibly quiet when we went.

That was really quick! It was very quiet this morning so maybe we won't wait too long then. Fingers crossed.

One of us had a PCR test last week and it took 24 hours to get the result. No you don’t all have to isolate, only the person who took the test who has the symptoms.

My daughter was tested on Saturday morning at 8 and the result email came through about midnight same day which was much quicker than expected.
